You will need an up to date computer, with internet access, a fax machine, a website and a separate, dedicated phone line that is answered "Carteret Mortgage Corporation --- and a version of LOS as well as other software. Once you have completed the hiring procedure, you will be e-mailed a "Getting Started Packet" which will guide you thru all of the procedures and will itemize all of the required items that you will need.
